The San Remo Civic Assocation is hosting their Second - Yard Sale at the Park. The event will be on October 21, 2023, and run from 9:00am - 3:00pm. If someone wishes to participate in selling their goods on that day, a 10' X 10' space will cost a $25.00 donation to the SRCA.

Here is how this is going to work. Any vendor wishing to set up a spot (regardless of being a member of the civic or not), can reach out VIA our website or e-mailing directly to express their interest. They will be sent a form to complete, sign and send back. To avoid any issues in mailing a payment, the money (cash preferred) will be due on 10/21/23 prior to the vendor being permitted to set up.

The form will seek the name and address of the person, phone number, e-mail address. It will confirm the time of the event, the allotted space, and provide some guidelines. It will confirm things like cleaning up and removing any and all unsold goods at the end of the event and failure to do so will result in a significant fine. Vendors will not be permitted to park on Riveria leaving room for parking shoppers. Inappropriate items cannot be sold at our event (some examples will be provided).

We will also confirm that the $25.00 simply gets you the space. We are not providing any tables, tents, electric, water or even toileting facilities.

The rain date for the event will be Sunday, October 22, 2023.
